At Dealing Sweet LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality mobile detailing and maintenance services. This policy outlines our commitment to your satisfaction, our appointment procedures, and our approach to resolving any concerns.

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
   
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a rebooking fee, depending on the nature of the service and resources allocated.
   

If you’re not satisfied with the outcome of your service:

• Please contact us within 7 days of your appointment
   
• We will review the issue and may offer a follow-up service, credit, or partial refund based on the situation
   

We are committed to making things right and earning your trust.

While we do not offer guaranteed refunds for completed services, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Photos and a brief description of the concern may be required to help us assess the issue and determine a fair resolution.

We handle every vehicle with great care. In the rare event that your vehicle sustains damage directly due to our service:

• Please notify us immediately
   
• We will investigate and, if found responsible, work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include covering repair costs or submitting a claim through our business insurance
   

Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment.
Dealing Sweet LLC is not responsible for lost or missing items left in the vehicle.
