If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new schedule.
We take pride in our work, and if you are not satisfied with the services provided, please let us know immediately. We will assess the situation and work with you to address any concerns.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We may request additional details and, if applicable, schedule a follow-up appointment to address any concerns.
If your vehicle incurs damage as a direct result of our service, please inform us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work towards a fair resolution, which may include covering repair costs.
While we take every precaution to safeguard your belongings, we are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle during our services.
